How billing works
- The Sandbox plan is free and needs no payment information.
- Agency Pilot and Production are arranged through your contract vehicle, task order, or other agreement. Invoices are issued against that agreement (for example through the agency's invoicing system), not by card.
- This portal never asks for payment card or bank details.
- Request a plan change from Plan & billing. Iron Brick is a woman-owned small business (UEI YS39H1FQ66U5, CAGE 5HF20) with an active SAM.gov registration.
